Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or there has been an error on our part, please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding whether your item is eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item, colour or size is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
