Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, followed by a transit time of 4–9 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–12 business days. We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, with free shipping on all orders.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a return or exchange, including any applicable timeframes and conditions.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. What if my item arrives damaged or I have a problem with my order?
